CONFIDENTIALITY

Patient records are kept such that they are not readily accessible to non-staff persons. The contents are always treated as being Medically Confidential and not to be divulged to any outside person without the production of a subpoena. No information concerning a patient may be given out other than on the direct authority of a doctor.

REMINDER SYSTEM

Our practice is committed to preventative care. We may issue you a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be a part of this system, please advise us.

FEES & BILLING

It is a bulk billing practice but if Medicare card is unavailable, a consultation fee payable is applicable.

TEST RESULTS

Our doctors will advise when they expect results to arrive at the practice. Call us to schedule an appointment about your results.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you have a problem, we would like to hear about it. Please feel free to talk to your doctor or receptionist. You may prefer to write to us or use our suggestion box. We take your concerns, suggestions and complaints seriously. However, if you wish to take the matter further and feel you need to discuss the matter outside of the surgery there are several options available including The Medical Registration Board, AMA, or the NSW State Government authority for dealing with medical complaints.
